Class Schedule for Open Motion:

The Guided Improvisational movement class is not being offered at this time. Class day, time and location will be posted as new information becomes available.

Following a structured warm up, in a safe, supportive environment, individual and interactive*  movement explorations facilitate a deepening of the creative process and an ever-widening movement vocabulary.  Non-stylized, non-prescribed movement, be it playful or profound, makes space -- providing release and realization -- as well as strength and flexibility.  It's a great opportunity to leave your inner-critic at the door and open yourself to the possible.
